Fragment #1 - Abstract painting - series: Fragments Print

In the work of Rosanna, Life exuberance is researched, perceived, explored, and celebrated. She creates artworks in which the human experience of existence is central. Her work is an invitation to open yourself to Life’s presence, as ineffable and precious. Rosanna works mainly with abstract painting and figurative drawing techniques, to point to different sensory responses. The abstract technique (acrylic or mixed media) conveys the power of colors, which triggers the emotional memory level with their symbolic power. The drawings (monochrome using charcoal and graphite) involve the memory through intellectual associations, with the use of different subjects representing the human figure and living beings, in the environment in which they live and interact. Both techniques are aimed at exploring Life and want to promote devotion, research, and perception of Life. - Rosanna's artworks are part of private collections in Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Spain, France, the UK, the US, Canada, Turkey, Iran. In 2021 she has been invited to participate in the “35x35 art project” and her work is also part of the permanent collection of Copelouzos Family Art Museum in Greece. She is a member of "Portrait Society of America"
