This hand oil painting is striking in its thick texture. It's a symbolic Garden of Eden full of flowers and Light where there only TWO in the whole world. When we are in love, the world paradoxically shrinks to the two of us and at the same time expands beyond all limits. We, like Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, are pure and perfect. We are in unity with the power that created us, be it Mother nature, God or the Cosmos. We look into the eyes of our beloved and create our own world, light, accepting & harmonious. This painting is a hymn to love, pure and sublime, and rare at all times. It was created to bring Harmony and Light to your home and soul. ____________ Some technical facts about the painting (it's my absolute record holder!): 1/ the heaviest painting I've ever created (I mean literally its weight because of the quantity of paint I used) 2/ my longest artwork ever. I started it back in summer 2017 and finished in December 2020 3/ the thickest texture I've ever made 4/ the longest in drying - it took 1,5 year to fully get dried

"Adore painting women, flowers, and seascapes! These are all my true inspiration". Valerie Kraplia is an artist from Ukraine whose works explore woman life, togetherness & solitude, personal transformation, motherhood & personal memories, and also nature as a comforting serene ambiance inspiring for contemplations. The artist also adores creating floral still lives. She primarily works in a semi-abstract manner, combining expressive abstract thick bold strokes which give extra vividness and expressiveness to paintings with finely elaborated features. The artist loves experimenting with mixing colors, playing with textures and tools. She admits that despite using many different tools (brushes, plastic cards, film wrap, forks, napkins, her own fingers, cotton buds, and many others) her best-loved pick and real fav is a palette knife. Valerie says, "it allows creating the textures I myself love touching with hands and eyes to give those rich paintings further to you".
