ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This Art was inspired by my hometown of Anchorage, AK. I hope my viewers feel overwhelmed by the beauty of the landscape of this painting. I chose to work with watercolor because of the texture of the painting, the style is inspired by totem poles seen in Anchorage along with impressionism.

My artistic process includes various multi media strategies such as impasto to watercolor wet brush with an added impressionism flare.
