Vadim Tselousov was born in the city of Pervomaisk, Nikolaev region. In 1973 he graduated from Odessa State Art College. M.B. Grekov. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1987. Honored Artist of Ukraine. Deputy Chairman of the Independent Creative Union. (UEKI, Munich, Germany). Participant of many all-Union, All-Ukrainian, regional, foreign, international and personal exhibitions, as well as creative groups, open-airs, symposiums and festivals.
