ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This piece was inspired by wilting flowers, even in dying they seemed lively with colors and textures, symbolizing change,not merely an end but also a beginning. I hope this piece inspires viewers to see death as a part of change, letting go in order to move forward. I painted this piece then photographed it using my Canon DS126191 and digitally altered it using an online paint tool called kleki.
