The sides of the crystals reflect different amounts of light and glitter, and some sides end up in the shadows. -The crystals are our souls diamonds, and when we turn it we can see and experience the surroundings and reality from different perspectives. Through experience we gain strength, and which side of us glitters depends on how we turn the diamond. We become shaped by and reflect on the surrounding social society in which we find ourselves. I think that there are two different kinds of people, those who influence and those affected. I think that it is important to try to find power within ourselves so that we do not only governed by the vision of the social environment on us, but can also shape ours self-image based on our inner core, the diamond in ourselves. I painted the landscape in classic style, but the crystals in more modern, graphic style. If I do not had done so they would have melted in in the surroundings, but I want to show that we all have the ability to ourselves control our self-image without letting go the social environment define us.

My name is Katia Fell, 39 years old. I have been working in the field of art for 23 years. The philosophy of my works is such that based on the confirmed facts that a person receives 90% of information through sight, I, raising a conflict topic in my work, visually demonstrate a way out of it, thus creating for the contemplator not just an artistic object, but, most importantly, the door to the desired. In my contemporary art I voice and visualize social topics such as: "Internal and external boundaries", "The environmental issues" (conflict between nature and man) and "Digitalization". In my experience: exhibitions (Finland, Åland, Sweden, Russia) participated in the painting (wall painting) of the Tolgsky monastery (Russia), led the creation of wayfinding system and painted portraits to interior of the House of Science (Stockholm). I also wrote a book, the main idea of which is to reveal the topic of the influence of images at the: 1) Physiological level ( reflexes, reactions) 2) Emotional and psychological (mental influence) "What we see is what we become" - this is the main both in my book and in the latest collection. We humans are influenced, but it is within our power to give it a different shape. The image of an individual is formed as a reflex to external stimuli. Protective, aggressive, reflecting the atmosphere of good, irony or evil (depending on who a person lives with, with whom he communicates and how they react to him) Is it possible to build that contented and happy image that was close to your essence before external stimuli began to influence it? Is it possible to change what surrounds you and yourself: change your life, facial expressions, gestures, voice intonation that have been formed over the years, as a reflex to what is happening around? Looking inside yourself, you can find and polish a majestic diamond that reflects reality in a different way, which will help change the interpretation of what is happening and then we, as an object, will take on a different shape, color, angles and happy shine. To convey the contrast, which here plays the role of denoting personal boundaries, and the possibility of a different interpretation of the environment, I used a combination of soft forms with more outlined, clear, abstract forms as a visual language.
