About The Artwork

The painting was made in a mixed technique with the use of acrylic paints and collage on cotton canvas. A dynamic abstract composition in white and red - it symbolizes innocence and desire. The work was secured with matte varnish, dated and signed on the reverse. It does not require an additional frame - ready to hang on the wall. The painting will add character to modern interiors. It will decorate a living room, bedroom, dining room, study or office.

I am graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Cracow University of Technology and Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design. I worked as a fashion designer and an interior architect. Research in art led me to express myself in painting. I often use my professional experience and view of the world in my artworks. Painting is a form of self-expression, my passion, a form of meditation and an energy transfer. I am looking for new solutions, often reaching for collage or assemblage and using upcycling. My favourite media are: alcohol ink, acrylics, pencils and crayons. I really like experimenting and combining different techniques. My favorite form of expression is abstraction. I am mainly inspired by nature, thoughts, dreams, structures and architecture. I reach into the recesses of the human subconscious. Through my paintings I do not want to impose anything, but only suggest and give freedom of interpretation.
