Woodie Webber is a working artist who has been exploring the medium of painting for over two decades. He has participated in numerous group exhibitions throughout the United States. Locations include: New York, NY, Brooklyn, NY, Seaside, OR, Seattle, WA, Omaha, NE, Atlanta, GA, Savannah, GA, and Princeton, NJ. Woodie's paintings have also been the subject of multiple solo exhibitions in New York, NY and Savannah, GA and are included in private and public collections on five continents and fifty states. Throughout his career, Woodie has utilized a wide range of materials and techniques both traditional and innovative in the creation of his work. While his working process and subject matter have evolved over the years, his objective has remained constant and unwavering. In the role of creator, Woodie’s intention has always been to create artwork that speaks truth. Woodie is in constant pursuit of “honest painting.” Woodie earned his BA in Art from Seattle Pacific University and earned his MFA (in Painting) from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Woodie currently lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his wife Audrey, their son Russell, and their dog Banjo.
