ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Lockdown Landscape - lowland heath, late Summer and the gorse has gone to seed - a sudden storm forces me to hug the hedgerow which thus offered me and painting some protection from the wind; I was then able to recompose my painting to include an interesting still life at the bottom so that it became a landscape hybrid, landscape cum still life.
