About The Artwork

This painting entitled "The Wolf going for a walk" icould be be seen in combination with "La Donna, la Lupa e l'Uovo". Both paintings were created the same day and looking at them together you probably may capture a different meaning. Also in this painting the female wolf, known for being the step mother of Romulus and Remus who founded the ancient city of Rome, is taking somebody for a ride. This time it's a man on her back and he is facing the dircetion of travel. Together with the other work it seems as if the female wolf is bringing them together, the man might even know whats going on, the woman instead was kind of raptured and will be surprised when arriving at the destination. This or any other story could come to the observers mind when looking at one or both paintings and using his/her fantasy. In any case the meaning is always up to the observer so what was just written may only be a suggestion and has no claim of truth. Ponder, dream and wonder. That's your task.

I was born in 1982 in Salerno, Italy, where I grew up as well. I visited the Art Institute "Filiberto Menna”. In my teenage years I started as a street artist, using sprays to express myself upon the walls of my home town. In 2008 I went abroad and spent two years in Spain, where I actually started to paint on canvas. 2010 I went back to Italy and lived in different cities, like Milan, Salerno and Rome.
