Melting Glacier Print

My art raises a theme of humanity's connection with nature and all living organisms. Nowadays we face a lot of environmental problems such as climate change etc. I depict an ideal world where humans and nature live in balance. On this painting a woman represents a melting glacier and surrounded by animals, birds and fish that are endangered because of global warming issues, especially it touches inhabitants in north and south poles. I try to deliver the idea that everything and everyone on Earth is connected and we are, as humanity, depend on nature, the same way it depends on us. This painting combines different acrylic techniques such as scratching, multilayering and usage of different textures.
