ABOUT THE ARTWORK
Rebecca has been building a beautiful collection of butterflies throughout 2023, initially focusing on endangered species. Here we have a beautiful acrylic painting of a duo of monarch butterflies, soft blended brush strokes and thun layers of acrylic have been built up to create the stunning bright colours you see before you. Rebecca wants to bring a moment of stillness to her viewers, to appreciate a natural beauty that cost nothing, something that would usually pass us by whilst we go about our busy day. Rebecca is hugely inspired by all things nature with a keen focus on the little guys that often get missed.
