ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I work with acrylic on canvas, employing various techniques to apply paint. In this piece, I used a glazing method for the darker areas and a denser coverage for the lighter sections. This allowed me to create a sense of lightness and the shimmering effect of twilight reflecting off the water and trees. The colors in the painting are closely related, as they often appear in the evening when we don’t immediately notice all the details. But as we look closer, we begin to see the different figures emerging from the shadows.
