ABOUT THE ARTWORK
TThe work consists of 3 layers of painting, which is a creative recycling. The first and second layers become the basis for the upper layer of the painting and are included in the dialogue with each other.: past, future and present On the lower layer depicted the motif of the landscape. The colors of nature bring out civilian feelings and emotional states as they were used in 18-19 century paintings in Romantism and Realism art history periods. Second layer - a white coating, immersing the forest landscape under the white vibrating haze of an inarticulate future. Top layer – Test card of televisioon test signal. Nowadays. Nature as our exhaustible resource. Is it a forest that is constantly depleted of resources or is it a conversion of a physical resource into a billions of bits wide information forest? Nature turned into Romantic ruins of the future.
