This gallery-wrapped canvas painting has edges painted dark navy blue, which complements the colors of the painting. The artwork is ready to hang as-is, but can also be framed at your local framer. This jaw-dropping scene is no longer accessible due to erosion closing the trail, so I feel very fortunate to have captured it when I did. This painting has won a regional "Best of Show" award and has landed in the Boldbrush Art Contest top 15% twice. Divine inspiration happened when I was painting it. I felt like I was truly there feeling the wind, and watching the movement of those waves. I had only started oil painting 2 years before. Of all my collection, this is the painting that even non-art lovers are attracted to. It's been in 3 different galleries, and has been taken home by a collector on trial 3 times! Part of me thinks I just wasn't ready to let it go. It's been waiting to bring joy and blessing to just the right home.
