Party On The Metra Print

Metra really flies concept got me to thinking of that movie with Snoop Dog as a pilot and how they were parting on the plane. I then started just thinking about how would that look and for me I was picking up my goddaughter from downtown Chicago because she was in culinary art school. I was turning on a particular street that happened to be the wrong street because every train from Metra practically uses those tracks so literally there was so many trains that stopped on those tracks that day I was worried about being late to pick her up. Every time I thought one train was ending just before it ended another train came people where beginning to pile up on bikes and stand around as well as a lot of cars and I was like this is the party train and that is when I took a picture with my phone and decided to create Party On The Metra. I used oil paints because of the way it blends and looks smooth. I like how the brush stroke I use would leave my identity in my work.
