Brooke Jewell began her journey in the arts while studying Fine Arts at UO. It wasn’t until many year later that she returned to her brush, with the intention to paint a new botanical study each week. As her skill progressed, so to did her experiences. Commission from other peoples gardens, bridal bouquets, or flowers that brought a special meaning to them alone. She was able to explore the botanical life to a whole new level. Botany is where she finds most inspiration for her work. Growing up in the garden with her mother and discovering new plants along hikes with her brothers where the foundation of her love for all things that grow.
