I am a self-taught, figurative oil painter. I am enthralled by abstract approaches to color. Since a couple of years I have been trying to develop the use of very limited palettes that vary at each painting to fit the idea. I am increasingly interested in the interaction of color and I usually spend a lot of time in choosing and planning the color harmony for a particular painting.
