This painting was inspired by the current political aspects of people fleeing their own countries because of war, persecution, to seek refuge. How people in the countries they seek refuge, view these refugees and their stories and journeys to get there. Painted in bright acrylics, the little boat of refugees is drowned by the moon and the massive ocean.
