Born 1965 I live and work in Aspin en Lavedan, in the Pyrénées mountains. I have been working as a designer and a modeller for a roughly 20 year period but as a painter for ever. Painting has become a natural outlet, a new way of breathing, an imperative need. My passion for painting has always been inside me, as an underlying state. This very passion has even asserted as paramount once I attended Applied Art & Design classes in an evening school in Pau. First, I experienced abstract painting but thought I failed. As a work addicted, I have been spending hours on the web, in art galleries. I scanned, I scrutinized painters works I loved. At least, after 10 years, I was happy with my paintings, my first monotype works. This was indeed my own response : Print, stroke, chaos, contrition, ink, direct script, layers overlay, strata, raw material & color work.
