ABOUT THE ARTWORK
It's much easier for me to paint how I feel than to explain it with words. After a season of difficulty in my own life, I decided to create a series of works, isolating singular emotions and defining them with color, shape, and texture. This bright and colorful abstract piece is the first in the series and consists of watercolor and acrylic on 100% cotton paper mounted on a cradled wood panel. What does it make you feel?
