About The Artwork

The intensity of this medium lends itself to scenes of untamed, magnificent nature. This piece was initially an abstract (Coal Black Sea - title inspired by a WWII event). However, my love of humour & humanity, and the feeling this vision of nature communicated to me, inspired me to add this small figure, shouting into the wild wind.
