The artist’s source of inspiration was the short story "Silence", written by Edgar Allan Poe, which he finds highly expressive and profound. The composition, colors and textures represent his visual artistic expression of the emotions that spoke to him. Bright in artistic expression yet dark in meaning, this is a work of contrast, of the seen in the unseen, of the known in the unknown and of the silence in the noise.
