VIEW IN MY ROOM
Xu Bin's original oil painting, Slow Down III, depicts a feeling of urban life and a desire for nature. The city isa bustling and fast-paced place, yet amidst this environment, a young person seems to have found some leisure time. He chooses to stay in a large tree, enjoying the beauty of nature. The tall tree reaches into the sky, and many small birds perch on its branches. This could symbolize the strength and vitality of life. The young person chooses to stay here, seeming to seek some peace and freedom. He holds a small bird, which may represent his respect for freedom and life or express his desire to fly freely like a bird. The painting seems to convey a sense of cherishing life and longing for freedom. People in the busy city seek moments of peace and hope to live freely like birds. Xu Bin's use of oil paints creates a sense of texture and depth, enhancing the tree's natural beauty and the birds' feathers. The young person's posture and expression also convey a sense of relaxation and contentment. He leans against the tree trunk, a slight smile on his lips. It seems he has found a moment of peace and tranquility amidst the chaos of the city. Overall, Slow Down III is a beautiful painting that conveys a message of cherishing life, seeking freedom, and finding moments of peace amidst the hustle and bustle of urban life. The use of color and texture creates a sense of depth and natural beauty.

China
I was born in 1969 in Guang'an, Sichuan, China. I graduated from the Fine Arts Department of Southwest Normal University and became a freelance artist afterwards. My early works were mainly oil paintings, influenced by Impressionist and Post-Impressionist artists such as Monet and Seurat. Through continuous learning and creative practice, I gradually integrated the artistic essence of Matisse, Picasso, Dali, Chagall and other artists, and combined with my own Chinese cultural background to develop my own mature artistic style.
