Born and raised in Italy, currently based in London. I mostly use acrylic and oils on canvas, but I range between different media. Previous works had more of a critical view of certain social and cultural issues. At this moment of time, I think of my work as research about identity, using different techniques, representing different subjects in figurative and occasionally abstract forms. Different subjects determine the different technique and media that can better express and adapt to the matter. Frequently represented is the female figure, exploring the sexual perception of herself or simply contemplating or inquiring by and of herself.
