Svarog is the only god of the universe, the first earthly embodiment of the Genus. The father of the first generation of the gods - Svarozhichi, a Slavic demiurge, forging the ("swag") world. It was Svarog who threw the Alatyr into the Great Ocean, causing the first land to rise from the oceanic cliffs. And when Chernobog was born in the underground darkness and began to produce aspides, Svarog repeatedly struck his blacksmith's hammer on the Alatyr and the first gods were born from the carved sparks - Dazhdbog, Semargl and Stryi. God Svarog is a symbol of a wise warrior father, patron of the race, his protector and mentor. It is not only a secular, but also a spiritual leader, able to call upon himself for the help of all sorts in the event of danger, and in one stroke to crush the enemy with the unshakable unity of race. Svarog is a blacksmith whom some researchers relate to the ancient Greek Hepat (by the way, such comparisons are found in the Ipatiev Chronicle). But such an analogy is unfair. The aforementioned gods are the blacksmith gods to whom the fire submits. But for the Greeks, fire is a force of destruction, powerful and invincible. And for the Slavs, fire is a purifying flame, it is the blood of Ra, the physical embodiment of the life-giving light of England. Fire is the basis of a universe that is not capable of destruction. The flame only burns in its earthly aspect and only when necessary (or by the stupidity of the one who burned). From the point of view of essential features, fire is heat, it is life, it is the basis of the earthly world, born in the sky (as opposed to water, the Great Ocean). And Svarog is the lord of this fire. He is able to command life itself, he is free to choose the course of its flows. Although, strictly speaking, there was no current in the original world created by Svarog. The world was static and motionless until the arrival of Veles, the great god of wisdom, who bestowed on the universe the benefit of endless rotation and change. Svarog creates not magic, not thought, but hands. He is a symbol of labor, he teaches that it is only by his own labor that one can create something truly meaningful. And the great something can become "something" when it acquires value in the scale of the whole race. Svarog was also revered as the patron saint of heaven (the lord of the celestial world - Glory and the divine garden Iria). In fact, this function is easy to grasp when considering the etymology of the name of this god, because in Sanskrit, "sva" means "sky." On the other hand, in Indo-Aryan, "svar" means "the sun" (hence "svarga" - "the solar road"). Svarog is the basis of the material world. Its symbol - Svarog Square - has eight rays. The greater numerical value is attributed only to Lada, its number is nine. God Svarog has always been portrayed as a mighty hero at the dawn of his years (about 40). In peacetime, he put on a simple linen shirt, rolled up his sleeves, and took into his hands his huge hammer, which was forged by the world. In the days of war, this god dressed in dark-blue (or crimson) armor and went to smash enemies of light. He was sometimes portrayed with a gigantic two-handed sword in his hands. Oils Canvas.
