It's a summation of all its parts and ingredients. In my own art I strive to find a parallel between the natural landscape, and a mental image which I interject to give the work a sense of my own perspective and emotion. This is also created, and varies depending on what types and colors of paints, brushes, pens and pencils I am using at any given time, as well as the type of surfaces I use. All of these work to build and develop a complex storyline.
