"Consider it, to discover yourself and think outside the box! " - Angelika Weigelt........................................ --- Imagine --- The white canvas is just like a new "born child" and still untouched by everyday life. Fast the first traces of life become visible, manifest first impressions. The "child" is developing. Lines and colors describe vivid experience of this "life". Ripening processes scratch the surface and set long forgotten experiences freely again. New layers of paint legalize or hide again................................................. ......................... --- Where does it come from --- Influenced by life on the coast, picturesque cycles change with ebb and flow (that means dry painting exchange with liquid painting process). That is my artistic analogy for many aspects of life, because we all experience closeness and distance. All my works are created at first in dialogue with experimentally induced processes............................ ........ --- A charakter is coming up --- After 40 or 50 layers in that way. I can see structures and pre-organizing. These incidental circumstances I meet with a conscious evolution. My creative method of painting can be described as "controlled chance". My keen interest in topics from philosophy. mysticism, and general nature and its laws flow nowinto my paintings...................... ......... --- What is the Intention -- At last - characteristic are picturesque figures, the assembled and are complex. They form a special expression of my work. Invite you to approach closer to the picture and again to make the step back. Do you remember - now it is your turn to experience closeness and distance in an image. My "Tide Art" invites to leave the automated perception and to bring attention and feeling anew.
