Antonio Griffo Focas Flavio Angelo Ducas Comneno De Curtis di Bisanzio better known as Totò was, actually he still is one of the most loved actors not only by the artist but by Naples and by Italians all over the world. A great maestro, an icon of theater in general and of comedy in particular. This painting is a tribute to Totò and one of his most famous films "Totò, Peppino e la Malafemmina". The painting depicts Totò as the moon and the woman, la malafemmina, who embraces him. The canvas itself measures 50x40cm while the frame, decorated and painted as well by the artist, is 66x57cm.

I was born in 1982 in Salerno, Italy, where I grew up as well. I visited the Art Institute "Filiberto Menna”. In my teenage years I started as a street artist, using sprays to express myself upon the walls of my home town. In 2008 I went abroad and spent two years in Spain, where I actually started to paint on canvas. 2010 I went back to Italy and lived in different cities, like Milan, Salerno and Rome.
