ABOUT THE ARTWORK
January 6, 2019 It's rare that a stormy day passes through LA. This painting was captured in the twilight of a chilly winter eve. Clouds loom over the vibrant beachscape. Fields of sky and sand interface at an animated horizon. The towers loom in the parklike setting. The artwork is mounted on 3/4 inch thick birch plywood backing outfitted with brass mounting hardware to provide relief when hung from the wall. No additional frame is required, unless additional protection is desired.
