ABOUT THE ARTWORK

On the slopes of the mountains grows an amazing flower - the royal primrose. Seismologists call it the flower of earthquakes. It is noted that if the primrose blooms at the wrong time - wait for the eruption of the volcano! There is a legend that in ancient times in the Caucasus lived a tribe of Ibers. One day, after noticing a blooming primule, the Iberians withdrew from their native lands and headed west. They walked a long way until they saw the mountains, which reminded them of their family. They decided to stay in these places and so the Caucasian iberians turned into the Pyrenees and became the ancestors of the Basques! Acrylic on hardboard Size: 60 * 40 * 0.3 cm Weight: 0.6 kg The picture was created in 2022 ATTENTION! I was born in Moscow. I spent my childhood and adolescence in Switzerland, the nature of which inspired me to take painting classes, and this inspired me to enter the Moscow Architectural Institute, where at that time there was one of the strongest painting departments in the country. My education at MARHI was the foundation for my subsequent growth as an artist. There I learned to build composition correctly, to feel color, proportions, shadows and other wisdom of drawing and painting. By experimenting with technology, materials, and my emotions, I achieve a congruence between my perception of reality and the powerful flow of the world ether. My worldview is deeply intertwined with the numbers, rhythms, and harmony of elements that make up the cosmic whole. At this stage of my life I am most interested in scientific-philosophical, metaphysical and esoteric orientations. All my life skills and knowledge are combined in some amazing way when the creation of another «masterpiece» takes place. A bright thought comes to mind in the form of a bizarre ball of dough. Then it grows slowly, swells, and turns into this intricate delicious pie. It involves architectural education and a serious interest in numerology. In each of these areas of my life, I have a set of pickpicks that I can use to open any box of ideas. At the moment I am interested in color graphics, which attracts me by the brevity of forms and the sharpness of lines.
