ABOUT THE ARTWORK

This piece was finished just prior to a move and constituted the continuation of extreme editing when it came to the compositions in the Vibration series. I wanted to keep movement strong while also pairing down what was needed to make it engaging and suggest more than what was on the canvas. Rarely for this series, the sculptural additions became the focus, but are not what keep the piece dynamic overall.
