ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Original Oil Painting on Canvas "White tulips", 2016 Series "Flower Poetry" A painting where white tulips stand out against a purple background seems to embody both contrasts and harmony at once. White tulips symbolize purity, innocence, and noble intentions. Their whiteness represents spiritual clarity and a striving towards the light. On the other hand, the purple background adds depth and mystery to this image, as purple is often associated with secrecy, wisdom, and transcendence. The contrast between the white flowers and the purple background creates a sense of balance between the visible and the invisible, the material and the spiritual. The painting might evoke thoughts of how important it is to maintain inner purity and light even when surrounded by uncertainty and the unknown. The purple backdrop invites a journey into the unexplored, while the tulips remind us that on this path, light and support can always be found. This image could speak to the importance of preserving inner peace and purity in any situation, showing how strength and beauty can manifest in the most unexpected contrasts, highlighting the significance of each element in the overall harmony. Unframed: 30х30 cm, (11,8х11,8 inch approx) This painting is in a private collection. Please feel free to ask me in the messages if you are interested in my creativity. I’m always open to communication. Thank you for taking the time to visit my shop!

I'm an artist from Ukraine (Kharkiv), currently living in the UK. I started my creative career in 2010 by studying various painting techniques. A new round of creativity came with the outbreak of war in Ukraine and forced emigration to England in 2022. My artwork is a journey into the realm of intuition, where every stroke and every line on the canvas comes from the depths of my inner world. Through my creativity, I strive to reach a new level of dialogue with the viewer, to reveal those aspects of human existence that are not always amenable to logical explanation but are felt intuitively. Exploring intuition, I uncover new facets of creativity where form and colour merge into a unified whole, and symbols and imagery acquire a profound meaning that can be sensed but not always articulated in words. My work invites the viewer on a journey into their inner world, where intuition plays a key role in understanding the surrounding reality. Through my creations, I encourage the viewer to listen to their intuition, immerse themselves in the realm of their feelings and experiences, and find beauty in the mystery and unpredictability of life. My goal is not only to create works of art but also to inspire people to trust their intuition and discover new horizons in the field of art and self-discovery. The main medium is painting. Works in oil, watercolour, pencil, and acrylic. Private collections: Russia, Ukraine, United Kingdom
