I created this painting inspired by mystical images from Ukrainian folklore and a little from Scandinavian. I am a big fan of mythologies, so in this picture the images of the Ukrainian healer and Scandinavian Norns holding the threats of thime are intertwined. Where is this woman looking? Maybe sh...

I am an artist whose work is rooted in graphic art, ink, and the absence of color. For me, drawing in black and white is the most sincere form of expression. There is no room for hesitation or ambiguity - every line is a direct statement, sharp and honest, like a thought that strikes instantly and goes straight to the heart. The central theme of my art is the connection between the past, present, and future - the invisible thread that ties humanity to its origins. I explore ancient times, the birth of civilizations, and the myths of creation. Without the past, there is no future; without memory, we are no one. Through my art, I study myself and my own body as well, reflecting on how ancient people perceived the woman, the mother goddess, the giver of life. My concept is modern body - ancient soul. I use my contemporary self to embody timeless, archaic images, merging the present with something eternal. I want my art to make people pause and think about where they come from, to feel their connection to their ancestors and to nature. I have been drawing all my life, always seeking to create something that evokes reflection and emotion. Graphic art became my most honest language of expression, but I also love to experiment - working with watercolor, oil, and gouache. I am fascinated by textures, by the tactile and emotional resonance they create. My process is a constant search for what echoes deeply within myself and others - a study of history, psychology, and cultural connections through visual form.
