While I was lying and relaxing with my newborn baby, I closed my eyes and saw this image. My daughter called it "Window to infinity". I decided to keep this title.

Istoshina Yana, was born in St. Petersburg, Russia. Since 2014 - Member of the Union of Designers of St. Petersburg. Since 2003 Yana studies computer graphic, works mainly with Photoshop and creates digital art. In addition, Yana does not disregard traditional painting, as considers these skills to be a necessary base for any artistic activity, as well as for enriching the visual language. The first stage of Yana’s creative development is the art of photography and photo manipulations. During this period, Yana worked in a photo studio, taught a course on photo processing and individual lessons, participated in many competitions, exhibitions, both collective and individual, and was published in photo magazines. The period of passion for photography and its deep retouch lasted from 2009 to 2014. The works of that time were mainly with dark surreal content. In 2014, Yana began to study digital art more deeply, trying to combine her skills in photo manipulations and traditional painting. At the same time, Yana founded the mobile gallery of visionary art & fantastic realism, with which she participated in over 40 festivals in Russia and Europe, audio-visual events, organized the visionary art festival in 2014, became a partner of Visionary art awards in Moscow, as well as a participant and a lecturer at this international competition. Yana created an original design for her mobile gallery, where she tested herself in working with new material and form. Since 2015, Yana has also been developing artistic concepts for decorations at public events. “Working in different techniques and with different materials, I discover my capabilities and the capabilities of the visual language. I observe the reaction of the audience, analyze what feelings they experience when contemplating my art. Then I pay attention to my own reactions from the received information and specify my vision - what and why I create. I want to create for people such images, contemplating which, they can plunge into a harmonious state, find a balance within themselves. I create both light and dark art - there is divine beauty on both sides of our reality. Both sides have their own strengths, which we can use for the good. The balance of dark and light principles, yin-yang, give rise to a third state - everything in everything - absolute balance and harmony. I wish this state for all living beings.
