ABOUT THE ARTWORK
I was inspired to paint this because of my husband and my love of wine. This painting is currently hanging in my home and I love seeing it every day. It's a perfect painting for the kitchen or bar area. "Wine Down" was inspired by my love of wine and I wanted to create a painting that could be a focal point in a kitchen or bar area. Modeling paste was added to create this irregular texture that appeared when I wiped away some of the oil paint to create the background shapes that make this original painting so unique. The sides are painted black. It's signed on the front and back and comes ready to hang.
