ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This painting is fixed onto a canvas that can be removed if needed. Girls at different stages in their lives value and prioritize different things. I wanted to capture the innocence and lack of care that young children possess. This truly naive, yet beautiful emotion can be conveyed through a simple picture on the wall. While the girls are painted in a realistic style, specks of color are seen throughout their faces representing the livelihood that each of them holds through their presence.
