The Storm Is Nigh Print

This work is inspired by part of my childhood spent in central Africa. During certain times of the year tropical rainfall can last for days and render people and animals alike, to seek shelter until the storm has passed. Beginning with a strong wind and the sky changing colour; this painting represents the rush to find sanctuary as the imminent storm approaches.
