About The Artwork
Sunflowers are one of my favorite floral subjects. Butterflies are one of my favorite animal subjects. This series, "Metamorphosis," expresses changing moods with changing seasons, beauty even in darkness, and hope for the future. The series was inspired by the Persephone myth. This image was exhibited in the 2015 Annual New Mexico Photographic Arts Show, a juried show for New Mexico photographers.
