Wick Beavers Bio I'm a photographer / director who shoots compelling creative editorial portraits for magazines, clients and agencies. I live on the Upper West Side in NYC. My pictures have been published on covers, on busses, on book jackets and in many magazines. They have festooned billboards glamming over I-95, been in ad campaigns and mounted on the walls of many happy clients. I am a productive lead able to conceive and execute innovative and compelling projects while seamlessly managing cross-functional teams I am happy to provide or work with. I'm at home in highly structured environments or working one-on-one with independent creatives. My portraits bring an insightful, unique perspective to your story. I enjoy directing big productions and I keep the job moving forward with inspiration, joy and creativity while always keeping an eye on the budget. SOME CLIENTS: The Daily Beast, Newsweek, Architectural Digest, Architecture, Builder, New York Magazine, Penthouse, Insider Business, Mens' Journal, Time, ND magazine, Toyota, Keeper Springs, LA Photographer, Miami Herald, 32 Degrees, Boca Magazine, Iowa Review, VM Advertising Agency, Z0 Magazine, Silver City/New Mexico True REVIEWS: inventive with flashes of genius not much dilates my eyeballs- his work did and does your work... you make guy bourdain look sane arresting, interesting, weirdly beautiful, mythic thanks anyways. then maybe I will go to NYC and work for annie leibovitz wick. you are a god.
