Renee Novelle enjoys a career that has allowed her to serve as Director of Marketing, Creative Director, Fashion Editor, Website Developer, Journalist, Author & Social Media Manager. She is the author of 300+ published articles, 11 books, and has seen her photography appear in a dozen magazines and gracing several covers. She's an approved photographer with multiple modeling agencies, and is a content creator for fashion, fitness, and food brands nationwide. Renee's first creative passion was (and still is) dance in all it's many forms and variations. At 15 years old, Renee was awarded a full scholarship into her college dance program where she was introduced to a wide variety of genres, techniques and industry professionals. Immediately after graduation, she pursued her dream of teaching, choreographing and performing until 2017. Transitioning from dancer to dance photographer was a natural combination of interests, and Renee quickly found that her many years of studying form in the mirror easily translated to creating a stunning & graceful image from behind the lens. She prefers location photography to studio work because nature provides the most beautiful backdrop. Her experience in working with dancers has taught her how to easily speak, correct, and work with artists of all ages to ensure their best technique is captured in the photos - and that the they have fun in the process! Renee believes in a collaborative process to creating images, and uses photography to help support the artists that donate their time to her.
