The abandoned palace of culture in Dnipro city. For dozens year there were activities for workers from the nearest factory. Since middle 90’s, after the Dnipro philharmonic stopped working due to lack of money, the building lost its functions and year by year became the ghost host. Dnipro. Ukraine. July 2018
