ABOUT THE ARTWORK
This image is part of a series of images that I have called 'LIFE and DEATH.' This is how I imagine life and death to look, with the souls of the departed all around us, flying on another plane. I captured this perfect moment on an extremely early sunrise shoot in Malibu and knew in that instant that it was a gift from above. However I edit this photograph the sense of peace and serenity that emanates from the image, despite the 'busyness' of the composition is always the most prevalent. *Please look for the other images in this series on my profile.
