I am a mental health counselor who believes that the beaches and ocean waves provide a calming and meditative healing process for managing everyday stress in your life. It is through research that shows that ocean waves at the beaches produce negative ions in our brains to reduce anxiety. I love taking pictures of nature's beauty in our world.
