Eugene Norris's passions are fine digital art, based on abstract images created through a lens or from scratch in an image editor, and digital painting. Signed, limited-edition pieces with certificate of provenance are available directly from the artist in addition to these offerings from Saatchi, which have a variety of sizes, media and framing options. The typical piece from the artist is made on an Epson P6000 Professional Printer using Epson Exhibition Canvas with a satin finish, overcoated twice with clear lacquer for protection; also used is metallic gloss paper. Sizes are 20 by 30 or 14 by 21 inches, the latter fitting into a carry-on suitcase. Gene won 11 prizes in shows in 2017 alone. His work sells regularly in many venues. Gene is a member of many artist associations and is an emeritus member of Sigma Xi, the scientific research honorary society.
