I took this from my field with a long shutter speed to capture the motion of the passing car. To me, it evokes memories of long, quiet road trips at night, pulling a camper to my next travel nursing assignment.

Susan is a self-taught, Intuitive Photographer and Digital Artist, living in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks. Surrounded by nature's beauty and the rhythms of rural life, Susan channels her deep connection to her environment through her art. Her photography journey began in 1980 when she drove around Cleveland, Ohio with a modest camera, capturing black-and-white images of the Cityscape. Life took Susan in many directions over the next few decades, during which she raised and home schooled her family, tended to various farm animals, and strove to live a self-sufficient lifestyle. An impending empty nest inspired her return to school, and she eventually became a travel nurse. The Natural beauty Susan encountered during her travel adventures reignited her passion for photography, inspiring her to capture and share the extraordinary, almost spiritual perfection in the ordinary moments that surround us every day. Over the past several years, she has immersed herself in learning, exploring, and refining her creative style.
