As Award winning photographers, Cosimo & Mayda, from Italy, have a very different background. Cosimo was born in 1978, in Italy in a small town on Lake Como, not far from Switzerland. Then moved to the north-east on the island of Grado, in the upper Adriatic. He discovered photography as a child: at the age of 7 He boughts his first compact camera. He studied electronics but his passion was to create images! Cgi in the beginning and then photo compositing. Today He is a fine art photographer specialized mainly in food and photo retouching. Mayda was born in 1978, in Italy near Lignano Sabbiadoro in the upper Adriatic Sea. At the age of 7 she wanted a kitten and played with her dolls. SheI started painting colorful landscapes at 10. Today she is a photographer specialized in conceptual photo! they read a lot because life is made not only experience but also knowledge. Lot of knowledge! We also like new challenges and good red wine! their work has been published by BBC, Talk Talk, Digital Camera World, Royal Photographic Society, FineDining Lovers, Italian Food Academy, Camera Jabber, Gambero Rosso, The Sun, La Vanguardia, Digitalrev, Dissapore and in magazines such as Australian Camera, Prophoto, etc…
