"Surrealist guitar" (id. 11_91) -- open edition available It is an intriguing image. It is a visual game that raises questions in the observer. The guitar is one and is its neck broken? Why? Or it may be that the guitars are two but are they juxtaposed and opposite? Or again the guitar is one but does its handle have an unusual shape? The representation of reality can be deceptive but also reality itself is not always what it appears to be. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The origin of this image (wide sizes) is a Black & White photograph printed on Ilford multigrade III Pearl photo paper with the traditional chemical method. It is hand-colored in few details by airbrush and brush with acrilic watercolors. This "photo-graphic" images is projected for Interior Decoration. Original sizes is 50,8X61 cm. (20X24 in.). Currently it is only available printed in open series from the original.
