About The Artwork
During a trip to Cuba in 2011, on the road from Havana to the Vinales Valley, I drove through numerous tobacco plantations. I stopped near one of them and saw this Cuban, he invited me to his shed in his tobacco field, and spoke something in Spanish, showed tobacco seeds and ready-made cigars. In these few minutes, I managed to make this genre portrait
