ABOUT THE ARTWORK
"Pastoral symbolism" depicts the connection to the nature, to the mountains relief and the blue of the sky. It is the moment when she feels the bond with the mother land and she decides to stay. The girl in the picture is not a professional model . The photograph is part of the largest and unique image cultural project I created in a contemporary fashion key, named HYPERBOREAN FOLKLORE, with the desire to promote the Romanian ethnic costume and our cultural values around the world. The Romanian ethnic aprons pictured in the photograph belongs to my ethnographic Romanian costume collection and they are unique pieces dated beginning of XX th century. Every Limited Edition photograph comes with the original hand made AUTHOR SIGNATURE in gold (gold stands for the ancient goddess empowerment, symbolises the open path to mythic icons of every culture of the world).
